Chia Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

There is no better way to start your morning with this high fiber smoothie bowl that is sure to be a delight.

Directions:

  1. Add frozen blueberries, the milk, the Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds and the rest of the ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend till thick consistency - approximately 3 minutes at a normal speed. Add more milk for more liquid consistency.
  3. Pour into a bowl and top with the toppings. Enjoy!
